What is the process for filing a warranty claim?

What is not covered by the RIVA Spain warranty?

How long is the warranty for residential use?
RIVA Spain offers a 25-year limited warranty for residential surface finish under normal residential traffic conditions.
How long is the warranty for commercial use?
RIVA Spain offers a 5-year limited warranty for commercial surface finish under normal commercial traffic conditions.
What happens if my RIVA Spain hardwood flooring has manufacturing defects?
You must notify RIVA of any manufacturing defects before installing the flooring. If not properly notified, RIVA shall not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred.
Are there any limitations on implied warranties?
Any implied warranty on flooring, including implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts.
How does RIVA Spain handle complaints under the warranty?
RIVA Spain will, at its option, either repair and/or replace the defective flooring or credit you for the portion of the purchase price attributable to the defective flooring. Shipping and handling costs for any replacement flooring are the customer’s responsibility.
